The Initiative Leichter als Luft e.V. is co-owner and administrator of most CargoLifter media, e.g. almost all internal video documentation produced during the existence of CargoLifter AG. This includes recordings of the various load exchange tests, lightning protection development, modelling, flight and simulator tests as well as many interviews and all general meetings.

The video material of CargoLifter AG is available in 4:2:2 (720 × 576 PAL) Apple ProResHQ (the originals were Digital Beta), some recordings also in HD 720p. Recordings of newer projects as usual at the time in 720p, 1080i, 1080p or 4k.
